As part of the Signup process, you need to share your basic details like Name, Email, Contact No and Address you will need to accept our term and condition, we assure that the shared details will use for skilledUp use only.
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Our programs do not offer a pause feature. If a learner misses sessions, they can access recorded materials in accordance with the program’s Terms of Service. Please be aware that there will be no access to live lectures or doubt resolution support during this time. Additionally, once the program is completed and live video availability has expired, we are not responsible for any loss of access to those recordings.
Students wishing to transfer to a different batch within the same program may do so within the program duration. A transfer fee of 20% of the current course fee plus 18% GST will be applicable.
All purchases of skilledUp programs and services are non-refundable. If a customer accidentally purchases a program or service, they may request a change to another batch of equivalent value within 7 days of the original purchase. Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses or other similar issues. We maintain a strict no-refund policy.
